Wednesday, April 8 at 5:30-7pm at Oak Creek Commons–Home Ownership Enhanced with ADUs
Unlock the potential in your own backyard. Discover California’s newest ADU laws and learn how you may be able to build up to four ADUs on your property, creating new income streams and expanding affordable housing in your community. Since 2019, Smart Share staff have guided hundreds of homeowners through the planning and construction process, helping them understand their options and decide whether building an ADU makes sense for their goals. Join this free community workshop hosted by the nonprofit Smart Share Housing Solutions, an independent organization with no financial stake and nothing to sell, just clear information and practical guidance to help you make informed decisions.
When you attend, you’ll be entered into a drawing for two free tickets to TinyFest in Costa Mesa on April 18-19!
Seating is limited, so reserve your free ticket using the button below.
