Ms. Long is a Secretary of the Interior Qualified Architectural Historian and Historian with demonstrated success in cultural resource management in California at the local, state, and national level. Skilled in historic resource evaluations and inventories, application of the SOI standards, constraints analyses, condition assessments, peer reviews, historic resource management plans and inter-agency coordination. Ms. Long has a strong regulatory background with the California Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and Sections 106 & 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act. She has experience with residential, commercial, civic, agricultural, cultural landscapes, light houses, mining complexes, state landmarks, water conveyance systems, and state and federal military resources.
