Andy, both an Architect and LEED Accredited Professional, is skilled and experienced in a wide range of green building practices, providing green consulting for residential and commercial projects. Our firm mission is to create sustainable built environments through excellence, balance and leadership. We provide energy analysis, LEED certification services and other green consulting services. We work closely with the entire building team - architects, engineers, developers, owners and builders - to uncover and develop effective methods of energy efficiency as an integral component of the design.

Andy is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); she is an active leader in the Central Coast Green Building Council (a merger of USGBC-C4 and SLO Green Build) and the AIA Central Coast Chapter. Andy also serves as Council Member for the City of San Luis Obispo.
