Joe attended Smart Share's Gratitude Luncheon on Wednesday, Dec. 3, and was impressed by the experience. So much so that he immediately reached out to pledge a $1000 sponsorship for the magnolia tree in memory of Sasha, his late Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier.

Joe is a licensed clinical social worker and the chairman of Dream Camp Foundation. He is the author of two books: Livin’ in Joe’s World: Unauthorized, Uncut, and Unreal!, an autobiography about his experiences as a cast member on MTV’s The Real World: Miami, and It's All Good, It's All Love: Tales of an undiagnosed ADHD kid turned MTV personality turned Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a memoir.

Making this pledge in memory of his beloved Sasha is a wonderful gesture, as the magnolia tree will be part of the Mary Gail Black Neighborhood park at Waterman Village, which will feature a dog area open to the public.

Thank you, Joe!
