The quickest and easiest way to apply to HomeShareSLO is through our on-line application process. To do so, fill out our contact form below. Watch your email inbox, spam and/or junk folder, and promotions tabs. You will receive an email with a link that will take you to the application. The application will ask you to upload proof of income, ID and other information.

If you prefer us to mail you a paper application, we can do that too! Call or email us at 805-215-5474 info@smartsharehousingsolutions.org with your name, address, and the type of application you'd like, and we would be happy to mail that to you.
