Tiny-curious? Looking for home sharing opportunities? Get your questions answered and find out more about the benefits and drawbacks of home sharing and tiny living by visiting our Demo Cottage! We'll be there to answer your questions and facilitate networking with others who are interested in the same things.

Coffee Chats and Workshops are held outdoors, so dress appropriately. Rain cancels. Parking is limited.

Parking on Dana Street is by permit only. You may want to consider parking remotely at free or paid parking locations such as at Emerson Park on Nipomo Street and walking the 0.4 miles to the Demo Cottage. See this Google Map Link for directions.

You may also want to consider car pooling, riding a bike or using mass transit. See the City of SLO bus schedule here. Route 2B will get you the closest to the Demo Cottage.

Wednesdays from 4-6pm in Atascadero

Need help filling out an application for a homeshare? Questions about Waterman Village? Meet with Smart Share staff to find out more about our three programs and get your questions answered! Office hours will be on Wednesdays in Atascadero at Eikhof Design Group (4875 El Camino Real-next to Gather Natural Market). Stop by any time between 4pm and 6pm to speak with a staff member and/or a volunteer.

League of Women Voters Webinars

The League of Women Voters of San Luis Obispo County is providing two FREE webinars addressing housing in the month of September.

Jennifer LeSar is the Founder and CEO of Global Policy Leadership Academy, and the LeSar portfolio of firms, which work together to grow thriving, healthy, and vibrant communities.
Ms. LeSar combines a background of more than three decades in community development, real estate development, and investment banking with a deep working knowledge of eco-system change management and organizational strategy. Jennifer's work supports clients in achieving impactful and scalable solutions to today's most vexing policy challenges including addressing our global housing affordability crisis and ending homelessness in the United States.

Aging Gracefully Workshop Series
