Upstairs Private Suite in SLO - Task Exchange

The home and yard areas are spacious and picturesque; not far from services and shopping. The upstairs portion of the home would be for the seekers private use, including a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room, in addition there are two decks looking out over the trees and garden areas of the home as well. This is a full task exchange share where the male provider is in need of rides to appointments and errands, some light housekeeping and meal prep. The utility share is $300 per month. There's space for the seeker to put a few items for a little kitchenette in their area but the kitchen is available for sharing. Provider has a woodworking area in the garage that could be available to share with someone. There's no smoking allowed. There are no pets at the home but the provider is open to having a dog there again.  HS92
